Mott and I are trying to repair the drive that's in there. Alex is home, and I guess the spare HD is sitting on his desk. Zach has emailed Alex about the spare drive, and I presume we want to have him go ahead and make a nice backup.

Mott and I will try to get a WORKING version of the frontend checking in to some repository, so in the future we can close the loop without Alex.

fb1 and ws2 are running Centos 5.3, kernel 2.6.18-(164?)

fb0 was trying to run 2.6.16 and failing.

we tried booting in one of the older 2.6.18 kernels, but it got to "kernel panic" state.

Does anyone know why we were running 2.6.16 on fb0? If we can't get 2.6.18 to work I will email Alex this question
