I realized that I used the wrong data for the updated "FSR noise" estimate on the SVN NB. I used the MZ noise measurement, but we have been thinking that it is the "single-arm" noise that should be used for this purpose (see the document in the elog). I also added in the phase noise estimate using the MZ measurement, and a plot of the sum of these two mechanical noise contributions. This resulted in another 33-MB addition to the SVN---sorry.
