Its basically OK, but you have to use 10 Ohms for the diode resistance instead of 90 Ohms. 

This version of RFPD is so old and bad, that we have to be a little careful - you have to measure the response with the Jenne laser to make sure its OK and tuned right. Because of the PD bias feedback, the capacitance can be mistuned for low or high light levels.

I suggest that you use Acrobat or Illustrator soon and mark up this PDF to reflect what you actually have in the box.
