First clone the git repo. The latest noiseBudget.ipynb and noiseBudgetQWL.ipynb should work if you run pip install requirements.txt in a clean python virtual env. 

If you run it in another virtual environment, make sure that you have the 2.4.8.1 version of the uncertainties python package, otherwise the noise budget code will never finish.
