The programs for the analysis are found in

/cvs/cds/caltech/users/public_html/40m_phasemap/40m_PRM/mat

The main program is RunThis.m

Basically this program takes ascii files converted from opd by Vision32.
(i.e. You need to go to Downs)
Then the matlab program takes care of the plots and curvature analyses.
