I have edited the daq channels in c1als model.

Added: DQ channels for the error signal (phase tracker output)
Removed: DQ channels that existed for the beat_coarse signals

Installed and restarted the model on c1ioo.
Frame builder restarted.
Changes were committed to the svn.
