They are the DC responses.

I put the resonant frequencies that Leo reported in the wiki to obtain the DC response.

The resonant frequencies I used are :

  f_BS = 0.957 Hz

  f_ITMX = 0.966 Hz

  f_ITMY = 0.988 Hz

Also I assumed that all the Q-values are 5 due to the damping.
