Startup after Power Outage
Koji and I began starting that Vacuum system up.
Reverse order step 2 of
shutting down electronics.
Anthing after, turn on manually.
If C1vac does not come back, then restart by holding the reset button.
Open VASE, VASV,VABSSCI, VABS, VABSSCO, VAEV, and VAEE
Check P3 and P2, if they are at high pressure, approx. 1 Torr range, then you must use the roughing pumps.
Connect Rotary pump tube. (Manually)
Turn on AUX Pump
Manually open TP2 and TP3 valves.
Turn on TP2 and TP3, when the pumps finish startup, turn off Standby to bring to nominal speed.
Turn on RP1 and RP3
Once P3 reaches <<1 Torr, close V6 to isolate the Roughing pumps.
When TP2 and TP3 are at nominal speed, open V5 and V4.
Now TP1 is well backed, turn on TP1.
When TP1 is at nominal speed, Open V1.
